The value in testing and analysis of the control valves
are well documented. Askalon service department has for many years used the technology and have all the procedures and routines as a standard offer to the customers.
The systems used are AMS Valve Link and Flow Scanner.
All valves with pneumatic actuators can be tested.

Flow Scanner diagnosis of pneumatic valves have been around for about 20 years and has been the inventors of Fisher positioner Fieldvue with associated software AMS Valve Link.
Flow Scanner analyzes all valves regardless of manufacturer.

AMS Valve Link Software is used for diagnostic tests on the valves with Fieldvue controllers. A well-established system of training and procedures for optimal usage is rooted in Askalon and the customers in the process industry.
