Fisher control valve HP & EH
Fisher® HP & EH globe- and angle-style valves for high-pressure steam, severe-service, hydrocarbon, or general service, including cavitating liquids or noisy gases and vapors. Available with special trim to combat noise and cavitation. Often used in power generation applications. Cage-guided with balanced or unbalanced valve plugs.
(a) Valve body sizes DIN: DN25 through DN500.
Valve body sizes ANSI: NPS 1" through 20" inch.
(b) Pressure Classes DIN: PN 160, 250, 420 Bar.
ANSI: CL 900, 1500, 2500 # lbs.
(c) End connections: Raised-face flanged, ring-type joint, socket-weld and buttweld ends, expanded ends.
(d) Shutoff class (IEC 60534-4 and ANSI/FCI 70-2): II, III, IV, or V depending on size and construction.
(e) Valve Plug Stability - Rugged cage guiding provides increased valve plug stability, which reduces vibration and mechanical noise.
(f) Full Pressure Drop Capability - available trims capable of attaining full pressure drops.
(g) Spiral-Wound Gaskets of premium materials for Excellent Sealing Under All Service Conditions.
(h) ENVIRO-SEAL™ packing systems provide an improved stem seal to help prevent the loss of valuable or hazardous process fluid.
(i) Piping Economy - The availability of expanded end connections on NPS 4 and 6 HP valves may eliminate the need for line swages.
(j) Quick Change Trim - Maintenance is simple and can easily be performed using common tools.
(k) Standard Hard Trim Materials - The cage, valve plug, and other trim parts are manufactured from hardened materials for excellent wear resistance.
(l) Control of Low Flow Rates/Tight Shutoff - Micro-Flute and Micro-Form valve plugs provide superb rangeability in high-pressure, low-flow applications, while maintaining tight shutoff.
