Fisher ED control valve

Fisher easy-e™ ED, EAD, and EDR single-port control valves have balanced valve plugs, cage guiding, and metal-to-metal seating for all general applications over a wide range of process pressure drops and temperatures. These general purpose, sliding-stem valves are used for either throttling or on-off control of a wide variety of liquids and gases.

(a) Valve body sizes DIN: DN25, DN40, DN50, DN80, DN100, DN150, DN200 mm.
Valve body sizes ANSI: NPS 1", 1.5", 2", 3", 4", 6", 8" inch.
EWT DIN: 100 x 50, 150 x 100", 200 x 100", 200 x 150", 300 x 150", 250 x 200", 300 x 200" up to 600 x 500".
EWT ANSI: 4 x 2", 6 x 4", 8 x 4", 8 x 6", 12 x 6", 10 x 8", 12 x 8" up to 24 x 20".
(b) Pressure Classes DIN: PN 10, 16, 25, 40, 63, 100 Bar.
ANSI: CL 150,  300, 600 # lbs.
(c) End connections: Screwed NPT internal, flat or raised-face flanged, ring-type joint, socket-weld and buttweld ends.
(d) Shutoff class (IEC 60534-4 and ANSI/FCI 70-2): IV standard with metal seat, V or VI optional with soft or metal seat.
(e) ENVIRO-SEAL packing systems designed to help prevent the loss of process fluid are available.
(f) Valve Plug Stability - Rugged cage guiding provides increased valve plug stability.
(g) Economy - large capacity trims.
(h) Cost-Effective Operation - Increased wear resistance and dimensional standardization. Balanced valve plug construction permits use of smaller, lower-cost Fisher actuators.
(i) Maintenance Economy - The valve body can stay in the pipeline during removal of trim parts.
(j) High-Temperature Capability with Class IV or Class V Shutoff.
(k) Sour Service Capability (NACE).​
