Valve end adaptations streamline your installation.

By preparing the valve for the piping system during the delivery phase, the installation at the facility can be streamlined. In some cases, the valve material differs from the incoming and outgoing pipes, such as when the valve serves as a boundary for design data. In other cases, custom adaptations are necessary to avoid extensive modifications to the piping system when replacing a valve. The valve may also have trim parts that need to be removed if heat treatment is required after welding.

The more work that can be prepared before final installation, the better. Whether you are a system supplier (OEM) or an end user in the process industry, our solutions provide better conditions for a smooth installation:

  • The valve is prepared for final installation in the piping system – correct dimensions and materials.
  • Simplified welding – no welding of material combinations.
  • No need to disassemble trim parts before welding – a specialist handles most of the work.
  • "Plug and play" after welding – no disassembly, no calibration → ready for operation!
  • Reduced installation risk – minimizes the risk of deviations and questions during assembly.

For system suppliers with final installation by their own personnel or contractors, this means:

  • Simpler commitments with the contractor – increased control and efficiency.
  • Fewer deviations and questions – greater clarity and reduced installation risks.
  • Increased delivery reliability – eliminates the need for on-site additions.

For those planning modifications to their existing facility, this means:

  • Smooth integration into existing piping systems – even with older pipe standards.
  • Shorter installation time – fewer work steps.
  • Reduced need for multiple contractors – one specialist can perform the replacement.
  • More efficient planning – better predictability regarding time requirements.

With our expertise, we ensure that the valve fits directly into your facility, reduces installation complexity, and saves both time and resources.
