Our employees are Askalon’s most important asset. Systematic work environment management, a safe workplace, and a strong safety culture are always a priority. As an employee at Askalon, you should always feel safe. And when you return home after work, you should feel well.

• We have zero tolerance for harassment and abusive behavior
• We have a Health and Safety (SAM) group with safety representatives and managers to ensure that our employees have the right conditions to work safely

• Risk assessments are always conducted prior to service work
• We report risk observations, incidents, accidents and commuting incidents in the IA system to capture what happens and continuously improve
